Turks and
Caicos
Article

If you really want rest and relaxation, generally very good family facilities from infants to great grandparents, excursions that are limited to water sports...particularly scuba and snorkeling... with wonderful powdery white sand beaches and crystal clear
water... like to eat well and retire early, don't particularly care about rain forests, shopping and cultural exchanges, then, if your
pocket-book can afford it - it's Beaches Turks and Caicos - hands down.

A week here and you'll be so relaxed you might forget to go home....and your kids won't want to go home!!! There is really nothing to do outside of the resort so you won't have to feel guilty spending your excursion $$$$ on pampering yourself at a world class, on site, spa. |
Direct air charter connections from Toronto and close proximity to the principal airport
(Providinciales) make this an almost effortless self indulgent family vacation. |
Except during the normal school vacation periods I would not, however, advise travelling here with teenagers, as without the company of peers and the lack of some offsite attractions they might not be too enthralled with the rest and relaxation bit.
And you know what effect that will have on everyone else's holiday enjoyment. Also ...... beware of Sega... it's here in full force. A five star destination with pricing to match.
