Do we recommend Jamaica as a family vacation destination?
A very definite "Yes!"
Why?
There are a number of reasons.

constraints.

weeks? No problem.

self-catering apartment, a five star all-inclusive resort, a villa with private pool and housekeeping staff?
No problem.

Looking for strictly a beach vacation; ecotourism; meet the people cultural exchange; good entertainment; great golf; safe drinking water; great kids clubs and/or baby care from infants to teens included?
No problem.
Having worked and lived in Jamaica for more than nine years, we returned recently to revisit a lot of our favorite family haunts and came home with the same impression. There is nowhere else like Jamaica ... beautiful and varied scenery, friendly
good-natured people, great food, lively music, an abundance of hotels to suit every taste and budget and roads that sure can stand a lot of improvement. Renting a car and going off on your own is not for the faint of heart ... but exploring with a taxi driver/tour guide is an experience that should not be missed. Jamaica ... nowhere else like it! We'll be more than happy to help you select the hotel that's right for your family.
