Varadero has to have one of the whitest, longest beaches I have ever seen! Varadero is a great family destination if you want to relax and not worry about a thing, except that maybe you need another
pina colada.
Your children will entertain themselves at any resort in
Varadero. They can swim in the pool or the ocean, play tennis, volleyball, giant chess, ping-pong, board games, or just play in the
sand.

There are
many resorts that cater
particularly to families with small children. They offer nurseries
for babies from 4 months old and have kids clubs up to 12 years of age keeping your children entertained with a variety of suitable activities.

Outside of the resorts there is horse back riding,
jungle tours, jet ski adventures, swimming with
dolphins and dolphin shows.
You can take day trips to Havana and Trinidad. The town of Varadero has a small craft market and some restaurants and shops.
