Our
Service Fees
We do not charge service fees for arranging package
holidays. We do however request the following:
Intent-to-Book
Deposit
As a result of our initial contact with you-in person, by phone or by email-in response to
your enquiry, we will determine whether or not we will be
able to satisfy your family travel requirements. That is, whether we can offer the
products and services that you are interested in, whether your budget is
reasonable for the type of vacation that you envisage, and so
forth.
Providing we feel that we
can
help you, we will request an "intent to book deposit" of $50. This
initial deposit, while
non-refundable, is not a "booking fee" it will be credited in
full to
your vacation package final payment. In addition, Let's Take the
Kids Travel will donate $10.00 of this deposit to the OK
Clean Water Project.
Service Fees
We do charge service fees for:

Issuing
airline and train tickets.

Booking
"Last Minute"
vacation
packages.

Arranging some
"hotel-only" bookings.

Arranging "car-only" bookings.
We look forward to assisting you with your holiday bookings.
